I was an editorial intern for two consecutive summers at Polygon, a Vox Media brand that covers video games, entertainment, and the culture surrounding them. As an intern, I worked on the entertainment team covering cartoons, anime, and internet culture. In addition to writing quick news hits, I independently pitched and wrote reports and reviews of TV shows like HBO's Euphoria. Additionally, I functioned as an editorial assistant by building articles within Chorus, Vox Media's CMS, sourcing images, and conducting supplementary research as necessary.
